Beauty Manoxo operates the online store at https://beauty.manoxo.co.uk. We provide skincare, makeup and beauty products to customers in the United Kingdom.

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse, disrupt or attempt unauthorised access to the service, its systems or any connected data.
Products
Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as reasonably possible. Colours and packaging may vary slightly from what is shown online. Product availability can change without notice. Beauty Manoxo may correct genuine pricing or content errors before order fulfilment where legally appropriate.
Pricing
All prices are shown in GBP (£). Prices displayed at checkout are the applicable customer-facing prices. Promotional or sale pricing may change or end at any time. Where an obvious pricing error is identified, we may correct it before fulfilment where legally appropriate.
Orders
Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase. Order acceptance occurs when payment is successfully processed and an order confirmation is issued through our existing checkout process. We may cancel or refund an order where fulfilment is impossible, stock is unavailable, payment fails, fraud is suspected, or a genuine pricing or content error has been identified.
Payment
Secure payment is processed using Stripe. Beauty Manoxo does not store full card details on its servers. All payment transactions are handled in accordance with the security standards applicable to our payment provider.
Delivery
We deliver to the United Kingdom. Standard delivery is £6.99. Free delivery is available on qualifying orders of £40 or more. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days. Delivery charges and options are confirmed at checkout. For full delivery details, see our Delivery page.
Returns and refunds
Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened skincare and makeup cannot be returned unless the item is faulty. Customers are responsible for return postage costs for non-faulty returns. No restocking fee is charged. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned item. Faulty or damaged goods
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact support@beauty.manoxo.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue. This will not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Skincare and cosmetic product information provided on this website is general product information and does not constitute medical advice. Customers should review ingredients and usage instructions before use. If irritation or an adverse reaction occurs, stop using the product and seek appropriate medical advice if needed.
